The Imagine Dragons are huge, as is singer Dan Reynolds.

They're the most successful rock band in the world right now, which makes you wonder how Reynolds finds the time to gewt as absoluely jacked as he is.  According to trainer Brad Feinberg, Reynolds had a very specific goal when he started his fitness transformation at the beginning of last year.  Feinberg said, "Dan wanted to look like a superhero."

While me might not be rescuing innocent civilians from Thanos, he is battling his own, personal obstacles.  While facing an autoimmune disease, ankylosing spondylitis (AS), a chronic disease, ulcerative colitis, and depression, Reynolds came out of 2018 the healthiest he's ever been.

Today working on auxiliary movements, sprints and finished with hollow holds. 30 second holds working on keeping everything tight and sucking in the core. Here you can see Dan maintaining the hollow hold and me shouting out some cues. #fit #strength #imaginedragons #howtotrainthedragons #fitness #abs #tourlife #ailife #ripped #sunsoutgunsout @danreynolds @imaginedragons
